Jim Hendren
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker
Jim has spent over 25 years as a real estate broker, loan
broker, and real estate appraiser. Prior to this, he worked with
a mortgage banking company as well as the Federal Land Bank. He
served for three years as a member of the Missouri Real Estate
Appraisers Commission.
Jim has B.S. and M.S.
degrees in Agriculture from the University of Missouri.

Tom Schupp
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate
Salesperson
Tom has more than 33 years experience in appraising agricultural
and commercial properties throughout the state of Missouri. He
also worked as loan officer in central Missouri for the Federal
Land Bank for nearly 10 years. Tom currently operates a 1,000
acre grain farm and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
Tom has a B.S. in
Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri.

Tom Holman
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Tom has specialized in real estate appraisal for nearly 20 years and was Chief Appraiser for District 2 MoDOT for five years. He also owns a real estate investment company and has 19 years of experience as an investor, appraiser, and licensed stockbroker.
Tom has a B.A. in Business Administration from Westminster College and an M.B.A. from William Woods University.

Brett Hendren
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Brett has more than 5,000 appraisal experience hours and has
completed nearly all prequalifying courses for the appraisal
exam. Brett's focus is in agricultural, small commercial
properties, right-of-way, and estate planning. Brett is the
co-owner of a central Missouri real estate rental company.
Brett has attended both
Columbia College and the University of Missouri after having
served with the U.S. Navy.

Mark has worked in the real
estate industry for 15 years, having begun Blue Investments in
order to build shopping centers in several states. Mark has sold
thousands of acres of farm and development land and has assisted
lending institutions with liquidations of troubled assets and
sold multi-family units throughout the United States.
