Brett has more than 5,000 appraisal experience hours and has completed nearly all prequalifying courses for the appraisal exam. Brett's focus is in agricultural, small commercial properties and estate planning. Brett is the co-owner of a central Missouri real estate rental company.

Brett has attended both Columbia College and the University of Missouri after having served with the U.S. Navy.

Mark has worked in the Real Estate industry for 18 years. Mark started Blue Investments in order to build shopping centers in several states. He has sold thousands of acres of farm and development land and has assisted lending institutions with liquidations of troubled assets and sold multi-family units throughout the United States.

Duane has listed and sold many farms, recreational, commercial and residential properties in Northeast Missouri since becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2003. Duane owns a 547 acre, mostly tillable, farm in Knox County, Missouri. Part of this family farm is a Missouri Centennial Farm, established in 1902, where Duane was raised and based his operations from 1977 to 1991.

Duane has a two-year certificate in Agri-Business from NMSU (Truman State) and a B.A. in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University.

David was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri where he graduated from Hickman High School in 1967. David proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He later received a B.A. from Columbia College in education and taught science in Kansas City, Missouri Public Schools for 12 years. He has also worked for Harley-Davidson of Missouri & Mid America Harley-Davidson.

David became a real estate agent in 2004 where he worked for Plaza Real Estate until Joining Mid America Land Services Inc. David bought his home with a VA loan and enjoys helping veterans, as well as others,  in real estate when buying, or selling.

Dan Brings nearly 30-years of agricultural and commercial real estate experience to the table including work with the Missouri Department of Conservation, real estate brokerage with a focus on land, commercial and multifamily properties, property management, mortgage banking and consulting. Dan is an active member of American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisersand the Appraisal Institute.
